Note: All payments will be subject to the UFCW Local 101 By-Laws and Policies as listed below. Members wishing to make a payment using their credit card must accept these policies prior to processing a payment.

Processing Policy: Please note, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. However, your payment still needs to be manually posted to the LUMAS system in order for your dues to be current. All payments received by 9PM EST on regular business days (M-F) will be processed by the local union the same day they are received. All payments received after 9PM EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed by the local union the following business day. Therefore, to ensure that payment is posted to LUMAS by the last business day of the month, we request that you pay your dues online prior to 9PM EST on the last day of the month. Additionally, all payments are subject to approval by the credit card company. If a payment you enter is declined by the credit card company you will be notified by mail/email and LUMAS will not be updated. Any declined payment may result in processing delays, higher dues rate and/or fines.

Suspended and "J-Status" Members: Suspended and J-Status members must contact their local union IN PERSON. The amount owed by a suspended and J-status member will vary. If a suspended or J-status member attempts to make a payment through the credit card website, the full payment will be refunded, via CHECK, from the local union and payment will not be applied to their account.

Refund Policy: All refunds must be processed directly by the local union. Any request for a refund should be made to your local union. Once a refund has been approved the local union will issue a CHECK directly to the member for the refund amount.

Privacy Policy: "We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.
